Zayvro Solutions Inc.
Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 17, 2026
Zayvro Solutions Inc. ("Zayvro," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at zayvro.com and provides Zayvro web, mobile, and related Work AI services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, submit a contact request, use the Zayvro app, connect company tools, or otherwise interact with us.
Zayvro is primarily a business-to-business service. When an organization uses Zayvro, that organization controls the company workspace, connected apps, invited users, and content made available to the Services ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data to provide the Services to that organization, subject to our agreement with the customer and applicable law.
1. Information we collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Contact information: name, work email, company name, role, country, company size, and any message you submit through our contact form.
- Account and user information: name, work email, user identifier, company membership, role, authentication/session records, invitation status, and account settings.
- Communications and support: records of emails, support requests, sales inquiries, or other messages you send to us and our responses.
- Customer workspace content: prompts, chat messages, agent instructions, workflow configuration, files, images, audio recordings submitted for transcription, generated outputs, approval decisions, and run history.
- Connected app data: information from business tools that a customer admin or authorized user connects to Zayvro, such as email, calendar, files, accounting records, directory identity, and related metadata. The exact data depends on the connector, scopes, customer configuration, and the task a user asks Zayvro to perform.
- Administrative and audit data: people directory entries, usage records, security and audit events, connector status, sync run records, tool execution records, and approval records.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, app/device information, pages or screens visited, log data, diagnostic information, and similar usage data collected through cookies or similar technologies.
2. How we use information
We use information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and evaluate potential customer fit
- Authenticate users and provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Services
- Process prompts, files, audio, connected-app data, approvals, and workflow configuration to complete tasks requested by users or configured by the customer
- Search, read, prepare, update, or send information through connected apps only as enabled by customer configuration, user permissions, and approval settings
- Send administrative messages, including confirmations and follow-ups
- Provide customer support, troubleshoot issues, and monitor reliability
- Protect the security and integrity of our Services
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
3. Legal bases for processing
Where required by applicable law, we process personal information based on one or more of the following: your consent, performance of a contract or steps prior to entering a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Customer controls and connected apps
Customer admins decide which users are invited, which connectors are enabled, which third-party scopes are authorized, and which actions require approval. Zayvro is designed to use bounded connector access: reads and writes depend on the connected app, the customer's authorization, user permissions, and the specific task. Where approval is required, Zayvro waits for approval before sending, creating, updating, or deleting information in connected systems.
Connected services, such as Google Workspace, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, QuickBooks Online, or other customer-approved tools, are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Disconnecting a connector in Zayvro stops new access through that connector and may remove stored connector state or indexed content according to the product behavior and customer configuration.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We do not use app data for cross-app or cross-site tracking, and we do not use advertising identifiers for targeted advertising. We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us operate the Services, including hosting, databases, security, email delivery, analytics, AI model processing, transcription, file processing, monitoring, and related business functions
- Connected apps and third-party services when a customer or user authorizes Zayvro to read from or write to those services as part of a task or workflow
- Customer admins and authorized workspace users, according to their roles, permissions, workspace configuration, audit access, and the content they are allowed to see
- Professional advisors, such as lawyers or accountants, when reasonably necessary
- Law enforcement, regulators, or other parties when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets
6. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
For Customer Data, retention may depend on the customer's agreement, workspace settings, connector configuration, audit and security needs, backup practices, and legal obligations. Some audit, security, billing, or operational records may be retained after content is deleted where needed to protect the Services, maintain records, or comply with law.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
To make a request, contact us at neel@zayvro.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
If your account is provided by your employer or another customer organization, we may direct certain requests about Customer Data to that organization or handle the request in coordination with that organization.
9. Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our website, keep users signed in, secure the Services, diagnose issues, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain site features. We do not use cookies or mobile app data to track users across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes.
10. Third-party links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Please review their privacy policies before providing information to them.
11. Children's privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
12. International transfers
If you access our Services from outside the country where we operate, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in other countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
